1. Q: Are you manufacturer or trade company?

         We are manufacturer and specialized in inkjet printing for 18 years.

2. Q: Do you have E- catalogue? Can you send me the catalogue to have a check of all your products?

         Yes , We have. Please contact us on line or send an Email to sending the catalogue.

3. Q: Can you provide samples ? Are the samples free ?

        Yes,we can provide free samples if quantity not too much but delivery fee need pay collect.

4.Q : What about your delivery time?

        We have a lot of products in stock. We can send the stock products in 3 work days.

        If without stock,or stock is not enough, we will check the delivery time with you.

5.Q : Can you make customized products and customized packing?

        Yes. We made many customized products for our customer before. And we made many private moulds for our customers already. About customized packing, we can put your Logo or other info on the packing. It is no problem. Just have to point out before quotation, it will cause some additional cost, thank you for your understanding.

6. Q: What kind of payment do you accept ? 

         We accept T/T(30% as deposit, and 70% balance before shipment) 

7. Q: Do you offer any warranty for the machine?

         1) We have 14 months warranty from Ex Factory date.

         2) The ink capping, ink damper, ink pump and print head of the printer are not      
             warrantied, and other accessories are warrantied for 12 months.

         3) When the warranty is over, we will charge for replacing.

  • Can provide remote control computer guidance
  • Can schedule a time to come to the factory for training if needed
  • Or we can dissend technician to your company for training

8.Q : How to ship my order ? Is it safe?

         By air , by sea or by train.  Depending on the specific requirements. We will use good packing and ensure  the safety.We will be responsible to any product damage caused on delivery.

9. Q: I can't find the product on your catalogue, can you make this product for me?

         Our catalogue shows most of our products,but not all. So just let us know what product do you need, and how many do you want. If we do not have it,we can also design and make a new mould to produce it.

10.Q: Can I become an Agent/ Dealer of Hoonsun products?

          Welcome! But please let me know your Country/Area fisrt, We will have a check and then talk about this.
